On
Saturday 7th June, Marc performed at the Clayton Hotel, for the first ever
Console East West Cycle, from Celbridge, Co. Kildare to Galway.
The aim of this exciting new fundraising initiative was to raise much
needed funds for Console and to help us in our efforts to reduce the
high levels of suicide here in Ireland.
Console, the National Suicide Charity, is a dedicated service particular
to Suicide Prevention and Bereavement and provides professional
Counselling, Support and Helpline Services Nationwide (1800 247 247).
When the cyclists arrived in Galway's Clayton Hotel, Marc provided the
music with Mairín & Yvonne Fahy, Chris Kelly & Jacqueline
O'Dowd.
Later that night Marc performed MC duties.
